Eternal Health Chiropractic focuses on getting to the root cause of your pain and symptoms so we can help you live pain-free, reach your personal health goals and function better in everyday life. Therefore, we have created care plans with three different options for payment. These options are based on your own personal recommendations which allows you to get the chiropractic care you need, but also to make it affordable for everyone! Our chiropractic office participates in most major insurance programs, but we do also accept “cash” paying patients as well. You don’t need insurance to get the care you need! :)
Insurance
We accept most insurance plans here at Eternal Health Chiropractic. We are contracted with PacificSource (Not OHP or Medicaid but ALL other major networks), Providence, BlueCrossBlueShield, UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Atena, Medicare, Triwest and more! We also accept auto accidents/ personal injury claims and worker’s compensation cases. Due to there being so many insurance plans out there and because coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers chiropractic care in our office. Before you start your own personalized chiropractic care plan, our office manager, Brooke, will verify your benefits and go over them with you IN PERSON! :)
No Insurance
Our goal at Eternal Health Chiropractic is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care. For patients with no insurance, we will come up with a payment plan that allows you to choose between three different options to make it more affordable, but still get you the care you want and need!
Family Plans
Our goal at Eternal Health Chiropractic is to provide a holistic approach to your family’s health. We provide quality Chiropractic Care to the whole family for all ages from infants to seniors! We aim to empower people with practical solutions, extensive resources and specific services for family health and wellness. In an effort to make living the wellness lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we do offer family plan discounts so the ENTIRE family can enjoy the benefits of chiropractic care.
